Sessions 2 and 3: Mastering Communication and Influence
Build interpersonal effectiveness, boost influence while maintaining strong peer relationships, adapt communication styles, deliver feedback, and listen with empathy.
Sessions 4 and 5: Operational Leadership: Decision-Making and Problem-Solving
Focus on making confident, informed decisions and solve day-to-day operational challenges using simple, practical tools.
Session 6: Time Management & Delegation
Learn goal setting, prioritization, planning, delegation, organizational skills, and stress management strategies for leadership effectiveness.

Front-line manufacturing professionals who are preparing to transition, or have recently transitioned, into supervisory or management roles. Ideal for individuals ready to build the leadership skills and confidence needed to lead teams and drive results.

Virtual delivery with live, instructor-led sessions. Each of the six sessions are two hours long and are delivered over a two-week period.
