This program then explores the use of advanced cylindrical grinding techniques, tool and cutter grinding, and the use of abrasive belt grinding to finish parts coated with High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF), an extremely hard thermal spray coating containing a high percentage of carbide.
