USE MORE GRINDING WHEELS AND INCREASE PRODUCTION

To maintain or reduce product manufacturing costs, productivity must continually improve. By increasing the use of abrasives as a manufacturing tool, manufacturers have a chance to meet this challenge. The abrasive cost paradox, the need for an accurate costing system, and the inclusion of grinding fluids, dressing tools, and grinding wheels in a total abrasive system cost is discussed.
