Product Design Influences On Deburring

Product designing appropriate to deburring processes can be based on two different kinds of directions-- directions to reduce or prevent burr formation, e.g. the influence of the edge angle on burr formation during the machining operation; and directions to render possible the deburring process due to a certain deburring method such as punching, electropolish deburring, vibratory and barrel tumbling deburring, abrasive jet deburring. Examples are given to demonstrate these influences.
