Deburring and Finishing By Vibratory Barrel and Centrifugal Barrel

Our history and a final form on vibratory finishing machines as well as deburred and finished examples by these machines are described. A machine with reversible motor and automatically adjustable advance angle of the unbalanced weights is also related. Centrifugal barrel finishing machine is known as its remarkably high finishing efficiency. It is reported that a full automatic machine is built in our factory. Effect of barrel shape on flowing mode of a mass in the barrel and on finishing efficiency is described as well as deburred and finished examples. 3 refs
