Formula for Survival

Perhaps the most tragic aspect of the energy supply problem is the widespread disbelief that any such problem truly exists. If this disbelief were linked to the celebrated man-in-the-street, it would be bad enough. But these are large segments of technically trained individuals, even graduate engineers, who do not believe that there is a national energy shortage. It is to those members of this audience that this talk is respectfully dedicated.
