Description
Back to Punching Holes Instead of Drilling
The development of improved techniques in the manufacture of punches has obsoleted some of parameters formerly used in decisions of when to punch holes and when drilling was required. With the improvements herein presented, it is now possible to punch holes in material that is twice the thickness of the punch diameter, even in hard and brittle materials. In addition, punch life of five times that of conventional punches has been experienced.
