Delivering a high-quality container depends heavily on understanding the requirements of the customer and the end user of the container. It involves a complete understanding of the product's performance requirements from when it is packaged through the distribution cycle, including consumer use and recycling. This total time cycle becomes the basis for the design and subsequently the testing for the container. This paper looks at customer requirements, critical elements of the container, and the many factors making the container meet the customer’s requirements.
