Product Designing for Powder Metal Parts

Materials available in the field of powder metallurgy can be divided into: (1) ferrous base materials, (2) copper base materials, (3) miscellaneous powder metal materials, and (4) cermets. The techniques of powder metallurgy are discussed in these four categories. Treatment of powder metal parts subsequent to original process is discussed. (Formerly 22T42)
