Description

Back to THE EFFECT OF CONFORMITY, WHEELSPEED, DRESSING AND WHEEL COMPOSITION O
The effect of wheelspeed, conformity or fit of the wheelwork pair, wheel composition and dressing on the grinding characteristics of AISI-E52100 and M-4 are discussed. The Metal Removal Parameter and the G ratio are the factors used as indicators. Grinding results from internal, surface and external controlled force experiments are given and related to feed-rate grinding so that the data can be applied to either type grinder.
