AUTOMATIC GAGING IN AN AUTO PLANT

Fluidics is beginning to be used extensively in conjunction with back-pressure air gaging and for sequence control of automatic gaging machines, metalworking equipment, and parts -- handling systems of medium complexity. Air gaging, fluidics for gaging limits and for sequence control, the post-process bearing inspection gage and the automatic classifying gage are discussed.
