The following questions have been prepared to draw your attention to those areas being cited by Federal Compliance Officers under the Federal Occupational Safety & Health Act. This list does not cover all of the rules or standards that could be evaluated but rather directs your attention to the most commonly cited violations based upon present experience.

If your answer to any of the questions on this checklist is negative, you may be in violation of a Safety or Health Standard published in the Federal Register of May 29, 1971 and being enforced under OSHA regulations.
