Production Research Observations on Abrasive Flow Deburring

This paper discusses physical changes in out of roundness, straightness and surface roughness caused by the plastic flow of media during the "abrasive flow deburring process." Also discussed is the effect of media in the generation of radii at intersecting machined cylindrical surfaces and the amount of material removal during the "abrasive flow process." 4 refs
