Deburring and Surface Conditioning with Brushes Made with Abrasive Loaded Nylon Fibers

Abrasive-loaded nylon fiber brushes are unique tools for a variety of deburring and surface conditioning applications. The individual fibers can reach areas not easily treated with other types of abrasive tooling and can improve surface integrity by modifying surface roughness and imparting compressive stresses to the treated surface.
